Scheduled to open Summer 2021, the new property will be located in the Pineapple Grove Arts district of downtown Delray Beach. The project , part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, will include 141 smart rooms with balconies, three restaurants (one of which will be a rooftop restaurant), a rooftop pool and lounge area, fitness center, two levels of underground parking, and an elevated glass-enclosed event space for up to 300 guests.
