Strategic Plan 2020
The DDA team and Board began the implementation of “Strategic Plan 2020” during the 16/17 fiscal year. Initiatives included
the Delray Beach Security Ambassador Pilot Program and the engagement of Robert Gibbs of Gibbs Planning Group to conduct a
Downtown Market Study and provide a Shopability Study for the Downtown District.
