South Palm Beach County is on its way to a social experiment that cannot be duplicated. We have four urban centers, all in different stages, that will compete for being the 21st Century place to live. Palmeto Park/ Mizner in Boca Raton, Atlantic Ave./Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach, Ocean Ave. and its Town Center in Boyton Beach, and the newly named but not to be forgotten "LuLa," that is, Lucerne and Lake in Lake Worth. There is probably not a greater concentration of metropolitan metamorphis anywhere else in the State. Stay tuned to Zonelaw. for a narative on this great experiment.

Excited to do some personal “place making” in Lake Worth!
