HISTORY
Since co-pioneering the internationally renowned art district called Wynwood in Miami, Florida in 2003, artist and community leader Joshua Tiktin has been helping his fellow creators and entrepreneurs expand their reach and elevate their careers.
His co-op style galleries and boutiques have housed over 150 artists, fashion designers, crafters, and retailers in numerous locations since 2003: Yosoy Gallery (Wynwood, Miami, FL), DEKKA (Washington, DC), DEKKA (Hallandale, FL), Dekkagon (MASS District, Fort Lauderdale, FL), SistrunKollective (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Wynwood Kollective (Wynwood, Miami, FL)
Tiktin's ventures have assisted in the birthing and early development of cultural districts in neighborhoods such as Wynwood (MIA), U Street Corridor (DC), Fashion Art and Design District (Hallandale), MASS District (Co-Founder (FTL)), Sistrunk (FTL), and Studio City (13th Street Corridor (FTL)).
Tiktin's art has hung in places as prestigious as the White House, and Madonna's personal collection. Thousand's of his original works and reproductions have been sold in over 30 countries on six continents. Learn more about Josh and his art.
