Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, in the Pineapple Grove neighborhood, Brulé is a chic yet casual bistro serving modern, American cuisine. Led by second-generation chef/owner, Suzanne Perrotto, Brulé was established in 2008 and is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. The vibe is familial and friendly. An open kitchen produces vibrant, seasonal and sustainable dishes that are drenched in tradition, yet imaginatively inspired; all pastas, breads--including ice cream--are handmade. Specialties include: grilled avocado, smoked sea salt and roasted tomato salsa; crab tortellini, black truffles, basil oil; and signature dessert, pistachio crème brulée.

Artisan wines, handpicked spirits and house cocktails steeped in speakeasy style and trending seasonality are paired with sharing plates and an ever-changing menu.

Brulé serves nightly dinner; happy hour 4 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday; lunch Tuesday – Sunday; weekend brunch and late-night specials. Reservations are not accepted, except for special holidays and private parties.
