Join the United States Lifesaving Association for the annual Ocean Mile Swim off Delray Beach!

Course: South 5 Tower north to Atlantic Ave. and back
Divisions: Men’s and Women’s 14 & under to 70+ and 13 age divisions in 5-year increments
Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Medals - all age groups
Parking: Free parking with parking pass at Anchor Park & Sandoway Park until 10:00 a.m. You must pay the meters if you park along A1A.
Refreshments: There will be a variety of refreshments for competitors after the race.
Open Water Swim Warning: Ocean Swimming is a dangerous activity which may result in bodily injury up to and including death.
Ocean lifeguard staff will be on hand guarding the event.
