The Downtown District is made-up of six neighborhoods, including: The Ave, The Set (West Atlantic), Pineapple Grove Arts District, Beachside, SOFA (South of Atlantic) and US1. The Set (West Atlantic)

Pineapple Grove Arts District

The Pineapple Grove Arts District features an eclectic mix of boutiques, bistros, art galleries, salons, and spas. The exciting public artwork and Artists Alley with working artist studios beckon, as well as cutting edge entertainment at the Arts Garage. Arts Warehouse, which houses several Artists in Residence, is Pineapple Grove's newest addition.
