Construction Updates & Road Closures

A1A Sidewalk - Beach Pavilion

The sidewalk on the east side of A1A just south of Atlantic Avenue is closed as the City of Delray Beach makes structural repairs to the Beach Pavilion. The construction should be completed in March 2026.

SE 1st Avenue - Sundy Village

Due to construction on the Sundy Village development project, SE 1st Avenue is closed from SE 1st Street to the Robert Federspiel Garage.

SE 3rd Avenue - The Strand

Construction of a new apartment complex along SE 3rd Avenue has closed that road between SE 1st Street and SE 2nd Street.
