Located in Downtown Delray in the Pineapple Grove neighborhood, Rose’s Daughter American Trattoria opening in Spring 2019 will feature outdoor patio, full bar and Bastardo’s, a late-night courtyard for music and cocktails, plus continental “grab and go” breakfast café.
Newly certified in Neapolitan pizza making, Chef/Owner Suzanne Perrotto will serve hand crafted, made-from-scratch pies in a rustic pizza oven, homemade pastas, charcuterie, cheeses, tableside presentations plus dishes from her mom’s original Italian menu. “Linda Rose’s Sunday Dinner” specials will feature family-style courses and specialties from her childhood family gatherings. “Sunday dinners were the heart of our family, it was all about the eating!” says Perrotto. “‘Who brought the meatballs’? and ‘who stirred the sauce’? were commonly heard in our kitchen,” she added. Heirloom dishes include gnocchi verde, with house-made ricotta, pecorino cream reduction, freshly cracked pepper; house-made sausage Bolognese; and ricotta cheesecake for dessert.
The restaurant vibe is friendly, familial and the décor is infused with an authentic, New York “burrough,” Italian aesthetic – white subway tile, walls lined with art, and black and white family photos.
Mornings at Rose’s Daughter take on a new twist, Arancia (Italian for orange) will be a continental breakfast stop on the front patio for a casual grab-and-go start to the day. Italian colazione (breakfast) will offer scalding hot espressos, barista-styled brewed coffees, freshly squeezed orange juice, signature, warm-from-the-oven, orange brioche, biscuits, egg sandwiches plus, other wood-fire breakfast specials.

Music, pizzas, snacks and cocktails is a gathering place for the after-dinner or late movie crowd and will be open after Brulé closes.
