Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, in the Pineapple Grove neighborhood, Brulé is a chic yet casual bistro serving modern, American cuisine. Led by second-generation chef/owner, Suzanne Perrotto, Brulé was established in 2008 and is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. The vibe is familial and friendly. An open kitchen produces vibrant, seasonal and sustainable dishes that are drenched in tradition, yet imaginatively inspired; all pastas, breads--including ice cream--are handmade. Specialties include: grilled avocado, smoked sea salt and roasted tomato salsa; crab tortellini, black truffles, basil oil; and signature dessert, pistachio crème brulée.

Artisan wines, handpicked spirits and house cocktails steeped in speakeasy style and trending seasonality are paired with sharing plates and an ever-changing menu.

Brulé serves nightly dinner; happy hour 4 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday; lunch Tuesday – Sunday; weekend brunch and late-night specials. Reservations are not accepted, except for special holidays and private parties.

Be sure to try our sister restaurant, Rose's Daughter next time! xo Fantastic food ....get there early! "Great little bistro tucked down quaint 2nd Ave. Great waiter! He knew his wine and his food! Great suggestions! This place is well known to locals so if you are there on a Friday etc....don’t get there late it’s packed. Now we had a great little table for two outside on the street ....but it could be buggy and muggy later in the year....there was a table inside for us but it was too noisy for our older ears ... The wine was great ......the food was great .....did I mention the wine was great....ha I can’t remember what we shared..too much wine I think ...but it was fantastic......I know the fudge brownie with homemade ice cream and coffee was fantastic! Seriously this is a great little venue with great staff and food!"
